MANILA, Philippines - Ever woke up on a stormy early morning wondering if you have classes in school?

You can either tune in on the radio or television, turn on your laptop, or get the information on your mobile phone.

Website maypasokba.com -- the quick go-to resource for many students and parents looking for an answer to the question that crops up almost daily during the typhoon season -- has already rolled out an official Android app.

It has received good reviews so far from Samsung end users.

If you don't own an Android-powered mobile phone, you can go online to get daily updates and information if classes are suspended in certain areas.

On Monday, as parts of Metro Manila were flooded, a post at maypasokba.com answered if there are classes in the metropolis and in nearby provinces.

"Meron," it said.

"Pero walang pasok hanggang high school sa Guagua Pampanga, Pasay, Malabon, Navotas, Rodriguez (Rizal), Obando Bulacan at Marikina. Wala sa Kalilangan Bukidnon dahil 46th Foundation day! Walang pasok hanggang high school sa Holy Child Academy QC, St Mary’s Academy, St. Joseph school Fairview, Nuestra Señora De Guia Academy, Valenzuela, Lourdes School, Retiro, QC, Bgy. Commonwealth Q.C.; Olive Grove School Sa Quezon City & Bulacan (All Levels)," it added.

Maypasokba.com linked to ABS-CBN's "Umagang Kay Ganda" Facebook page, which had a complete list of schools that suspended classes because of heavy rains and floods caused by Typhoon Butchoy.

Maypasokba.com also has its own Facebook and Twitter accounts.

For college students who asked Monday if they have classes, here is the answer: "Asa ka pa."

Nakakatawa yung comment sa site nila;

for Joshua Naputo… bakit mo ittanong kung walang pasok ng Sunday? alam mo nmn wala… SO my guess would be since you’re asking a very silly question, you’re not given an appropriate answer… just my thoughts.. Smart people don’t ask the obvious.

Nga naman pre.... wala talagang pasok pagsunday. :)
